Zeqla Seller Terms & Conditions

1. Product Quality and Submission Requirements
All digital products submitted to Zeqla must meet high professional standards for code quality, documentation, and functionality.
1.1 Accepted Languages and Frameworks
We only accept projects built with enterprise-level or modern, clean codebases. The following are examples of accepted technologies:
- Frontend/Full Stack: React, Next.js, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Svelte, Angular, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap 5.
- Backend/APIs: Python (Django, FastAPI), Node.js (Express, NestJS), Go, Rust, Java (Spring).
- Mobile/Cross-Platform: Flutter, React Native, Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android).
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase/Firestore, PlanetScale.
1.2 Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination:
- Any tools classified as hacking, malware, or illegal exploitation software. This includes unauthorized scanners, DDoS scripts, or keyloggers.
- Content that promotes illegal activities, hate speech, or severe toxicity.
- Source code that is copied, plagiarized, or obtained from public repositories (e.g., GitHub) without significant, original value-add.
2. Financial Terms and Payouts
2.1 Commission Structure
Listing digital assets on the Zeqla marketplace is completely free. Sellers retain a significant majority of the sales price:

2.2 Payouts and Incentives
- Payout Frequency: Payments are processed on a weekly basis once the product sales are finalized.
- Custom Promo Codes: Sellers receive tools to create and manage custom promo codes, enabling unique discounts and tracking conversions.
- Affiliate Links: Sellers can use custom affiliate links to earn bonuses on sales generated for other Zeqla products.
3. Seller Community and Tools
Verified sellers are recognized as Zeqla partners and gain access to advanced resources:
- Private Community: Access to the exclusive private Zeqla Discord channel for collaboration, early feedback, and direct communication with the Zeqla team.
- Custom Identity Cards: Each seller receives a custom-designed digital Zeqla card for their wallet, signifying their verified status and potentially unlocking future platform bonuses or discounts.
